 Details of the prize

  1. Prize Inclusions - The prize comprises the following for 2 guests:

• 2-night stay at Huvafen Fushi, Maldives in a Lagoon Bungalow with Pool

• Return shared speedboat transfers

• Underwater Dinner for 2

• Economy class return flights (airline subject to availability at time of booking)

• Applicable taxes and service charges as per hotel policy 

All other expenses including but not limited to room upgrades, extra meals, room service, excursions, spa, beverages, and personal purchases are solely the winner's responsibility. 

2. Eligibility - Open to eligible participants as defined under the applicable program. One entry per eligible participant. Employees of Visa and amanté are not eligible to participate. 

3. Winner Selection - One (1) winner will be selected by amanté based on the highest spend made on 8th, 9th, and 10th May. amanté’s decision shall be final and binding. The winner will be announced within seven (7) business days of the campaign’s close. The announcement will be made on amanté’s social media channels in collaboration with Visa.

4. Winner Notification & Acceptance - The winner will be notified via [email / SMS] within [5] business days of the selection. The winner must confirm acceptance within 14 calendar days of notification. Non-response within this window will result in prize forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected at amanté's discretion. 

5. Booking Confirmation - Following acceptance, the winner must complete the booking process within [7] business days. Bookings are considered confirmed only upon issuance of a formal confirmation voucher by amanté. No travel arrangements will be initiated prior to this.

6. Prize Redemption & Travel Dates - The prize must be redeemed within 60 days from the date of winning. Travel dates are subject to mutual agreement and contingent on hotel and flight availability at the time of booking.

7. Blackout Dates & Additional Charges - This prize is not valid during public holidays, peak travel seasons, festive periods, and special events. An alternate date will be offered in such cases. Where travel during such periods is mutually agreed upon, any additional charges levied by the hotel or airline shall be borne entirely by the winner.

8. Check-in/Check-out - Standard check-in and check-out times are subject to hotel policy. Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges payable directly by the winner at the property.

9. Prize Differential - Prize inclusions are based on indicative pricing at the time of campaign launch. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of actual booking. Any difference between the indicative package cost and the actual cost at the time of booking shall be borne by the winner. The winner will be notified of any such differential prior to booking confirmation.

10. Cancellation Policy - Once the booking confirmation voucher has been issued, no cancellations, amendments, or refunds will be accepted. In the event the winner is unable to travel after confirmation, the prize will be deemed utilised and no alternative date or compensation will be offered.

11. Non-Transferable & Non-Encashable - The prize is strictly non-transferable, cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, and is valid only for the declared winner and one accompanying guest. Names on the booking voucher must match valid government-issued photo ID.

12. Travel Documents - The winner is solely responsible for valid passports, visas, travel insurance, and compliance with all destination entry requirements. amanté bears no liability for costs arising from denied entry or documentation failure.

13. Force Majeure - Should the prize become unfulfillable due to circumstances beyond amanté's control — including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, property closure, airline disruptions, or pandemics — amanté reserves the right to offer a comparable alternative or extend prize validity. No cash equivalent will be provided.

14. Liability - Participation in this prize and associated travel is entirely at the winner's own risk. amanté shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, delay, damage, or expense arising during the trip.

15. Data & Privacy - By participating, entrants consent to their name and entry details being used for winner announcement and prize fulfilment purposes, in accordance with the applicable privacy policy.
