1 WEAR YOUR BRA
Wrap a non-padded, non-wired bra.
2 KNOW YOUR BUST
Wrap the tape gently around the fullest part of your bust. Note the number in inches.
3 KNOW YOUR WAIST
Wrap the tape sungly around your rib cage, right under your bust. Make sure you don't pull it too tight! Note the number in inches.
BOTTOM
4 KNOW YOUR HIPS
Wrap the measuring tape sungly around your waist, exactly 3 inches below your navel. Note the number in inches.
